Is it true that if someone doesn't like you in a house you won't get a bid? Like if you have had beef with an active

Traditionally, one vote against you would not kill your chances. If it is a member everyone hates, could help. Odds are long on that -- so don't count on that. The person you had a "beef" with can always count on his friends to sink your chances to vote against you. Life lesson here - pick you battles and your enemies carefully. Best advice is to talk with someone else you know in the fraternity - they will tell you your chances. If you don't know anyone else. Then you likely have no chance. I'd suggest, don't bother with them. Plenty of other good fraternities around to chose from.

If a girl in a sorority doesn't like you then your odds of getting in are slim to none. Just telling you the truth.

If you were asking about sororities, there are plenty of other great ones to choose from, assuming you don't have a "beef" with a girl in each.

You should've worked out that "beef" long before you got to TXST. Keep an open mind about all the other sororities because she'll probably keep you from getting in hers.
