delt and ato

Going into fall rush, I have to say these 2 houses are tied for the top spot. Obviously everyone has the right to their own opinion, so favoriting one over the other is likely to happen. Both houses have their pros and cons, so here is a summary of that......

DELT: Large chapter, nice house and land off of ranch road 12, good looking guys with the exception of a few, throw about 2 huge themed house parties every semester , good sorority realtions with mostly ZTA and DZ girls. Nola formal in the spring, and usually wurstfest date party in the fall.

ATO: large chapter, though not as large as delts. House off of comanche street, which is right off campus. Also 2 new party houses off campus under their sleeve for 15-16 year. Like delt they have a couple of huge themed parties a semester. Have buses to 6th street every thirsday, and these guys are religously on the square every tues, thirs, fri and sat. Sorority realtions with mostly DZ. although a handful of zta and adpi gurls hang around too. NOLA formal in the fall semester along with 2 date parties. Date parties in the spring semster as well.
