Who is BYX and Phi Tau? I'm rushing in the fall and I've heard of some other fraternities who aren't listed on here. Does that mean they're not worth looking at? Also How can Tau Kappa Epsilon be on here but be "off" campus? I'm not sure how that works?

BYX is Christian frat that has root beer keggers. Phi Tau is irrelevant. TKE is less than relevant.
