this fall 2015

So I'm a junior-to-be that went through formal rush last fall and would've been a Gamma Phi Beta pledge but couldn't afford It. I want to try to join again now that I do have the money but I can't go through formal rush again this fall because of prior commitments that have been made. Is Gamma Phi Beta going to do COB again after rush because at this point that would be my only way of joining. I know they did last fall because they didn't have enough people pledging but you never know. . .
