Fraternities: Delt is top and has biggest parties but lots of douches/entitled guys. ATO is next but doesn't party as hard and is known to be a bit more welcoming. Pike and kappa sig are probably next two relevant then the list falls off.
Sororities: zeta/dz are top and have the hot girls that party a lot, adpi is next with the cute good girls that arent as cute or good anymore. Then AXiD I guess but the rest fall off pretty hard.
