sounds like delt, ato, and pi kapp are really top tier if they cant convince any of those seven sororities to go with them..

pi kapp isnt even a real fraternity at the moment, so close to getting there charter taken away.
ATO, Delt, and KA all only asked DZ to hc, and dz decided on KA
