delt or phi psi?

I know Delt obviously has a pretty big alumni base and top tier here, but honestly i've enjoyed the Phi Psi house a lot. All the DZ say to go Delt and everyone "hates" Phi Psi, but I'm trying to make a decision, any suggestions?

Phi psi is really quality guys. Delt is really big and throw some good parties though. Quality vs quantity
