questions about sororities!!
by: woooooyayHi! I’m transferring next fall and have always liked the idea of being in a sorority, but don’t know if i should. I genuinely just want to meet people i can have real friendships with that have goals, are uplifting, genuine, etc. I like to have fun, but I don’t like to party all the time (I am introverted/extroverted ). I’m also worried about potentially feeling pressure to act, look, or be a certain way. Which sororities are the most genuine/wholesome?

tbh a lot of the “top” houses (zta, axid, adpi) have a certain look/ feel about them. they prioritize things like looks for sure…nothing wrong w that, but they definitely go out more and ik girls who’s entire personality changed for the worse after joining, but it really is your own experience. i’d say chi o or dg or gphi are definitely more chill, not all the girls are the same and they have better mixes of girls who go out vs girls who don’t. they also have more diverse girls in their chapter which is refreshing. again it’s wherever you feel the most comfortable! rush is about you feeling out each house
