SAE has been stepping it up adpi's seem to hover there. Pi Kapp has always thrown big parties and have good guys. KSig has a few decent guys and is stepping it up

Sigma Chi
PIKE/Phi Psi/Pi Kapp
SAE/Kappa Sig

Ksig is so over rated. They do nothing. Pi Kapp's over rated too. Pike SAE and Phi Psi at least are a good time
