If you think these off campus “fraternitys” are at the top then you are a fool. They may have been in the past but now they are on the decline, not much time till they fade away.

Yeah for the most part, except kapps sig is still doing well it seems. Then again, they’re the only one that’s still legit with their nationals so makes sense
