Phi Delt doesn't exist. And, I'm not sure you should mention you're an AZD if you want anyone to care what you have to say. Your "standpoint" is short sighted and superficial. Just about everyone understands KA is on a very rapid decline, and Delt is trying to use their house to improve historically terrible quality. They're both fine at the moment, but they aren't that solid.

Ok. KA had a few off pledge classes (size & quality). Their house is disgusting. I like them, but how long can seriously they stay near the top? They don't have much going for them. They're not declining as fast as KappaSig, and SigNu fell like a rock before I got here, but KA is on the decline. Delt traditionally has not been selective. They've taken a disproportionate number of hispanics and anyone else who would take a bid. They built the new house and should have taken a dominant pledge class but didn't. They belong in the top tier just because of numbers and house, but they still have a whole lot of problems that will take a long time to fix. I'd say they're getting better, slowly.

Obviously you're a bottom tier if you hate on AZD. They're tied for 3rd with ADPi right now and considering there are 13 frats with only 4 being on top, they definitely have pull now.

there are only 6 sororities here so there can't really be tiers. some are hotter than others but i would say 4-5 out of 6 are good sororities. even if we brought on 5 more sororities the ones that are top now would be top for a while. If anything the top sororities here deserve more/better fraternities to mix with.

If 4 out of 6 sororities are good, then the top of the top frats get those. Then the lesser frats get the bottom two, and the sucky frats have to go with like, Strutters or Chi Beta or something which no one wants to to. So yeah
