Sig Chi has improved, but not yet passed up KSig or PiKap. Pi Kap has not gotten better, though they've been talking a lot more crap. KSig has gotten worse and fell just behind PiKap.

Clearly, ATO spends more time on this site than anyone. The self ranking is insane and it is so sad that they have to comment other chapters pages to make themselves feel like they are top tier. Sorry boys, you'll learn one day. But for now, quit embarrassing yourselves, get off this site, and go attempt being "top tier" in another fashion....cause clearly this isn't working for you.
