So Zeta delta are just a bunch of geeds... all they are is a bunch of guys with property to throw parties.... these guys are not Greek... they are geeds.... these guys may think they are in a fraternity but they are just in a “local frat club”

You’d think on campus fraternity’s would stop worrying about the off campus ones, since being on campus is so great and all. Lol, have fun with your 3 average parties a semester fellas! Oh don’t forget the 4 week pledgeship !!! LMAO. You’re still bottom tier in everyone’s eyes.
