2019 actual rankings

This list is based off actual information that contributes to sorority ranking as well as fraternity ranking. Everything else is self rank by groupies or wannabe top tier sororities or fraternities.

Sororities:
Top tier- Zeta: Have a nice house, their new pledge class has the best looking female class, always see Zeta’s on campus, always partaking in co-joined events with top tier fraternities.
Adpi: Best house on campus, their new pledge class has a large portion of good looking females, very active on campus with philanthropy and events, always partaking in co-joined events with top tier fraternities.
Dz: Nice house on campus ,their new pledge class has above average looking females, fairly active on campus with philanthropy and events, partakes in co-joined events with top tier fraternities.

Middle Tier: Axid: have a nice large house, not as active as last year with events but still out there, their new pledge class has average looking females, partake with middle tier fraternities in co-joined events.
Dg: Have the nicest off campus house, highly active with philanthropy and events, new pledge class is the best they have had in several years regards to a little below the average of good looking females, partake with lower tier fraternities for co-joined events.

Bottom tier: Chi-o: not the best looking house on campus, not as active with events and philanthropy or big events, new pledge class is non existent on campus regards to good looking females, partake with middle tier fraternities for co-joined events.
G-Phi: have the most expensive house off campus, not very active with events and philanthropy or big events, new pledge class is well below average in regards of good looking females, partake with low or bottom tier fraternities for co-joined events.
Alpha-Gam: currently do not have a house, active on campus but not big on large events, new pledge class is below average in regards to good looking girls, partake with bottom tier fraternities.

Fraternity Ranking:
Top tier: Sig Chi- have a house off campus, very active yearly with their philanthropy events, have thrown good ragers this year, fun tailgates, large pledge class this semester, decent brotherhood, and partake with top tier sororities.
Sae: have a run down house off campus, not very active with their philanthropy events, have thrown good ragers this year,nicest looking tailgates, large pledge class this semester, not the best brotherhood, partake with top tier sororities.

Upper middle tier: Pikapp: have the two best houses on campus, not very active with their philanthropy events, have thrown good ragers this year, best tailgates, small pledge class this semester, good brotherhood, partake with middle tier sororities.
Snu: have a decent house off campus, not active with philanthropy events, have thrown good ragers this year, decent tailgates, small pledge class this semester, decent brotherhood, partake with middle tier sororities.

Lower middle tier: DeltaSig: not a very good house off campus, not very active with their philanthropy events, have thrown okay parties this year, not the best tailgates, small pledge class this semester, okay brotherhood, partake with middle tier sororities.
