why is everyone hating on pikapp?

Since the demise of the top houses at Texas State, I feel as if everyone just bashes on frats who were lower rank beforehand without actual reason. Prime example would be Pikapp who acquired the old ATO house this past semester, off probation with good grades, decent pledge class and higher involvement in the community than majority of other fraternities I think I've seen. Bunch of chill laid back guys who don't really care about what everyone else thinks about them, major props boys.

Y'all are a bunch of creeps, doesn't matter your involvement if your pledge class only wants to wet their whistle. Multiple DG's and Gamma Phi's complain about y'all's behavior around them.

You cant just buy a good fraternities house and become a good fraternity. You will get there eventually boys. Just focus more on your chapter and yalls house culture and where yall want to go. Seems to me like yall dont really have an identity just yet. But once the dust settles yall could be a great house in a year or so.
