RICH allumni buy you HOUSES. These houses make your fraternity top "house". The phrase comes from somewhere. You can't expect to be top "house" until you have that ALLUMNI base to get you there.
These guys DON'T have that. They don't have alllumni that come back every semester and ask guys in their chapter about graduation and their "next step". Those are the connections you build at a REAL fraternity, and the connections that land you a JOB. Good for you that you want to compete for a job on the market, but look at the state of the economy right now, I will take any help I can get.
Our guys could drop the cash to beat these armatures at anything they do. We simply DON'T CARE to do it. Our time is better spent doing other things that matter.
They will never be part of the IFC, because we will NEVER let them in. They don't have the background to be a REAL fraternity. They are just a fad right now and will disappear soon. Right now you can argue for them, but the Greek community HATES them. They will never amount to anything. Fraternity over 200 years old vs. start up. Hmm...I wonder who will come out on top.\n\n\n\n\n

IFC is not ever going to take any sort of local group, that is a massive liability, and the VP of student affairs cannot force the IFC to take them I'm pretty sure since that involves all sorts of insurance stuff and whatnot. @ get real none of the fraternities are 200 years old nationally. The only ones that are even that close the 200 (like within 20 years) are all really tiny. Most of the largest national fraternities are 100-160ish years old with a few like Beta and Phi Delt being a little older.

I guess lamda chi, tke, and phi delt aren't 200 years old then. Seeing that they aren't on campus and theses guys have now been around for a while keeping themselves out of trouble unlike them who HAVE a (national office). God damn your more stupid or ignorant than I thought! Hahahaha

So when did you become spokesman for the ifc? Than another thing you didn't take inconsideration is that the vice president of student affairs makes all the calls on who gets in or out in any council!
