No one knows for sure. But I don’t see the suspension carrying over to the spring if our president has any brain cells. At least far into the spring. Cancelling recruitment would be pointless, especially for sororities. But worst case scenario, just rush in the fall where you have a shot at all 8 chapters.

Trauth isn’t going to keep the suspension going through next semester. Too many chapters that have done nothing wrong in the eyes of the administration have planned events and have probably already paid venues for their formals.

Whole heartedly disagree with both statements. No one knows when the suspension will end, there are a lot of angry people wanting answers and speculating or spreading false information is wrong. Plus do you really think Tauth is concerned about social events and what’s been paid for? Multiple fraternities had to cancel their formals to NOLA a week ago, she doesn’t care lol TXST has a bad image right now, suspension could last as long as deemed appropriate. Don’t be ignorant, this is serious.

There’s pressure from families, attorneys and the media. Trauth doesn’t cares about canceling reservations on venues for next semester.
