if i have a 2.9-3.0 how major will the cuts be if i try to join a sorority? do i even have a chance?

Fall is more of a larger group for rushing, therefore the requirements are stricter. But yes, you have a chance.

For most sororities the requirement is a 2.5 minimum.

Yes you have a chance!! Unless you are under the minimum requirement most houses wont cut you for grades if you are a well rounded girl.

not true, many of the higher tier sororities make cuts above the minimum requirement.

Grade cuts are the easiest ones to make so yeah you will probably be considered a risk and get cut by a lot
