By SIP'ing you screw yourself a few different ways:

1. If you aren't high enough on your only listed chapters bid list, no bid. Plain and simple.

2. If you were not high enough on EITHER chapters list to make the bid cut-off, you normally could end up as a "quota addition" to one of those two chapters.

3. You will also not be eligible for a snap bid from a chapter that cut you earlier in the process that missed quota.

Yeah, you might have screwed yourself.
