in all honesty, we only have 8 chapters. you can look at that one of two ways: a) theres only 8 so no biggie or b) theres only 8 so might as well get a letter for all of them. Rec letters wont be a make or break thing here, but they can help esp with zta and adpi who make a lot of cuts. alot of girls will post on fb or have their moms post (or both) and just say the chapters you are looking to get letters for. you'd be surprised how many people will respond.
all in all, they wont make or break you, but they can help and sometimes theyll simply make you feel a little more confident
