frat parties & sorority pnm's
by: ???I'm a PNM and just wondering if it's okay to go to frat parties before rush starts? I don't want to hurt my chances of getting into a sorority.

Unless if you already know you have a pretty good shot at getting a bid from the sorority you want, meaning your sister or best friend is already in the sorority, I wouldn't risk your chances. Maybe go to one or two bigs ones, but don't get sloppy drunk at them, and don't do anything stupid.

It may seem tempting to go out but I would really not risk it if I were you. It's only one week and there will be plenty of frat parties during the semester. If you are dying to party that bad and willing to risk your chances of getting a bid you should probably think about what's important to you.
