recruitment has started!
by: ActiveMost TXST chapters pre rush the pnms. Without much time to evaluate a girl during recruitment, the chapters pre select for their A, B and C lists. Some shuffling goes on after rush starts, of course, but recruitment really is starting around June with actives targeting certain girls.
