shouldnt have mentioned raids, but I was mainly asking for interhouse competitions or traditions throughout the year.
not during greek week/homecoming/philanthropy, but year round friendly competitions/rivalries between the houses

as a new sorority, agd didnt want to raise their dues high as hell in order to pay for repairs necessary. I heard that phi kappa tau got the house because they used to own the one next to it and are still connected with the landlord, but if thats the case we wont know until they get back on campus and are able to put letters up

I have had several conversations with high level IFC directors. When Phi Kappa Tau is mentioned about coming back, they all laughed and said "They think they're coming back." While I don't explicitly know the reason why, I don't think IFC has any plan on letting them come back.

@nope, that wouldnt surprise me, however the guys who consider themselves phi taus might have gotten the house because at the end of the day the landlord does not have to give it to an established frat, or a frat at all. the group of guys couldve simply bought it
