frat ranks
by: PNMI want to hear y'all thoughts on each frat and rank them. (Not the ones who got kicked off cause they are irreverent now)

Kappa Sig
Phi Psi (not sure how)
Sig Chi
SAE
Sigma Nu (even though they don't do much)
Delta Sig
Alpha Sig
Fiji
Pi Kap
Theta Chi
Sig Tau
OdPhi
But don't only focus on rank. There's a lot of factors that go into this and frankly some of them are just irrelevant. Get a good feel for most of the houses and find the guys you actually want to be around on a regular basis. Just because a house is "top tier" doesn't mean it's great. And just because a house is mid or lower tier, doesn't mean it's useless. Delta Sig, Alpha Sig and Fiji are 3 of the newest and all of them are moving up really quickly despite their young age. Of course they're not too tear yet. This isn't meant to bag on the top 3 up there, there are great guys in them. But ultimately you gotta choose who you fit best with.

Kappa Sig is the only frat still left from the original "top tier" frats. But now that things are about to drastically change I'd say kappa Sig and phi psi will be our new "top tier".
Sae and Sig chi have always been our "lower mid tier" frats but now I guess they're more "upper middle tier" frats lol. Idk.
Alpha Sig is decent. I'd say them, sigma nu and maybe Pi kapp and delta Sig can hold it down as our "lower mids".
I don't know anything about the rest of the frats, but I'm assuming from what everyone else is saying about them that they are going to remain bottom tier.

ATO is 100% non existent. EVen their nationals totally shut them down. ATO also had big enough issues before they got wiped out.
Delt will still be off for years, has been stupid enough to try and keep going and has contributed to make trouble just like ATO. They also cannot actually recruit. Sure the current guys are still relevant and girls like them, but give it two years and Delt will be starting from the bottom again. I know a couple of them, and I feel bad because they were decent dudes. It's an "oh well situation".
Kappa Sig is a good group of guys. Girls like them too. Could be more involved, but oh well. If you fit in, I can't see any reason why someone wouldn't be happy with them.
