Y'all are ALL going to suck unless you start mixing with the sororities...ALL sororities. Don't just throw parties. Have real bonafide mixers... like at most colleges.
Interact with the sororities the same way frats do at all the other colleges with a respectable Greek system.
Stop being so cheap.
Act like gentlemen.
Recruit quality men.
Study and get your grades up and be respectable men on campus. Stop being an embarrassment to our Greek system.

Typically Pi Kapp is higher in ranks however the fraternity has fallen hard. Bad grades, low membership and lack of involvement has unfortnetly hurt them. They still have time to pick themselves up but for now, I'm putting them under Fiji.
