My friends and I went to phi psi Hawaiian party and tbh they guys were cute but y'all didn't talk to any girls just amongs yourselves, usually guys talk to me at parties so I was a little sad I had to be he one to approach. Making me think I had spinach in my teeth or somethin haha

The best advice I can give is recruit more outgoing, funny guys. Try to get at least a couple hot ones so your frat looks good in pictures, but the most important thing is how the guys interact with the girls at parties and functions. Guarantee you a girl would go for a mediocre looking guy with a personality than a hot guy who is shy and awkward. Like that girl said above me, some of the phi psis are pretty cute but they're douchey and stand offish, which is what makes girls not want to come back.

Oh and the biggest one is DONT TRY TOO HARD. If you're constantly having to tell people you are the best then you're probably not the best. just be cool and have fun. Good energy rubs off on people.
