does Axid or dz take alot of sophomores during fall recruitment?

I rushed as a junior this fall and I had axid on pref night so I'd say that's a yes

I'm a sophomore and I got dropped from axid and dz the first day

it completely varies. there is no 'yes or no' to this- youll just have to go through recruitment and figure it out

Every sorority has a quota they have to meet with the ages of girls they bring in, class doesn't factor in THAT much when being dropped. Mostly depends on how well you connect with the girls and how good your GPA is. certain houses will cut girls strictly on grades (even ur you're a cool and pretty girl)

Same for me. I went through recruitment as a sophomore and DZ and AXID dropped me the first day. But still go through recruitment.

texas state does a dual quota system- meaning each chapter is given an amount of freshmen to take, and an amount of upperclassmen. this helps make sure upperclassmen can still get bids, but the quota amount will vary from chapter to chapter and year to year. just go through recruitment and be yourself and you will be fine. youll find the right chapter dont worry
