Chi O is still a good sorority they just aren't involved in the social aspect

chi o is just very focused on grades and axid is focused on being social.. it really depends who you talk to if youre talking to someone who joins a sorority for grades then chi o and adpi are prob top two in their eyes. they are both good just depends on what youre looking for in a sorority.
