GPhi is definitely better than DG. Just because their new doesnt mean they arent already amazing. Id say one to look out for in the coming years!

Exactly are you ranking them on? Chi omega, and dg clearly got the left overs as they have the past few years all they other houses got pretty not girls in this years pledge class. Zeta has not gone down they did excellent. Dz did ok too as did azd and adpi.

There is NO SUCH THING as tiers. The rank is going to be different to every person, depending on where they feel they most belong. For example, my personal ranking towards the last days of rush, this Fall semester was: Chi Omega, Alpha Xi Delta, Delta Gamma, Alpha Delta Pi, Delta Zeta, & Zeta Tau Alpha. I am now a new member of the Delta Gamma Fraternity& am VERY pleased with my choice. Please try to keep an open mind during rush and you will end up where you belong. Don't be worried about where you fall on the popularity scale. Focus on aspects like how you get along with each group of girls, which philanthropy you feel most passionate about, etc. COLLEGE is NOT a popularity contest& if you choose a group based solely on how it is perceived by others, you will most likely feel uncomfortable throughout your college experience.

These rankings are not about rush. They are where the community as a whole thinks each group ranks - mostly socially. College is absolutely a popularity contest, and so is real life. But yeah of course go where you fit and make the most of it or you're not going to be happy.

And that comment that said chi o dropped 300 for grades is wrong, my roommate is a chi o and got dropped from zeta and dz the first day cuz her grades weren't good enough. Chi o has a lower gpa requirement then both those sororities.
