why did phi tau get kicked off?

I know it was awhile ago but I'm new here and never heard the story of why they got kicked off

They were already in trouble and they were not allowed to throw a social event. Then they had the MFing Ying Yang twins and tried to call it a charity event. I'm simplifying it but that's pretty much it.
