So is Kappa sig the only top fraternity now with delt and ato being kicked off

Yes absolutely if you are talking about the fraternities that are controlled by IFC and are affiliated with the school. Unfortunately they didn't make grades and the school is limiting them to only 1 social this spring... which sucks ass.

But no, if you're talking about the fraternities who just got kicked off like ATO, Delt, Pike, and KA. They now don't have to worry about limiting socials and the schools rules on party's, grades, among other things like paying the school to be apart of IFC.
