what i can see being the ranks after a few semeste

With ΑΓΔ being added into the Panhellenic circle at TXST, and the way some sororities have evolved this is the way I see it in a few months.
Top:
ΑΔΠ/ΔΖ
(interchangeable depending on the person)
Upper Middle:
ΖΤΑ

ΔΓ/ΧΩ
Bottom:
ΓΦΒ

ΑΓΔ
Adpi and DZ, they share two different type of girls that have dominated the scene at TXST. Which is why I can see why they're top. I don't see their roles changing anytime soon unless they make horrible decisions in the months to come.
Also the way I see it, is that because of the way that Axid has been improving I can see them being a competition for ZTA. If ZTA is not careful I can also see them losing their current "top" position and transition to what's above. There's a lot of hate for Axid for some reason so maybe this could also not happen for a while.
Now I could and dare to compare DG to chio now. Chi O has some pretty classy girls but for sure have gone down in one way or another. I know for a fact that some guys would rather go out with a fun DG than just a random ChiO.
I also want to point out that while Gphi is bottom, they have changed in some ways, and if they chose to use their positives to their advantage they could go up. They still have a lot of work to do though.
Now alpha gamma delta, learn from gamma phi. Seriously, when they colonized GPhi did great then started slacking in some ways. It already hurts that AGD is not a well known sorority to begin with, but use the fact that in SOME other southern schools they have great chapters and they should use that to their advantage. (AGD in Alabama is great for example) .

I swear on my dog's life I am not a zeta, but have you seen how freaking gorgeous some of those girls are? Especially the most recent pledge class. All those new San marvelous models who don't even look real they're so pretty are all zetas. If they keep getting pledge classes with girls like that in them they are going to remain top tier, I can guarantee you that. And I hate to say this because I love adpi and think they are the most well rounded of all the sororities here, but they gave out a lot of bids to average looking girls this year. There's nothing wrong with that, it actually makes me admire adpi ever more that they focus more on grades and personality. But unfortunately it is going to hurt them if they keep doing that. And dz and Axid are pretty much the same sorority in my eyes, dz just has slightly better looking girls. I think it is eventually going to evolve into this:

My opinion is my opinion. As I stated I can see this rank happening in a few months possibly one to two years. I am not debating the current ranks. ZTA might be top now, but I don't believe it will forever stay like this.
Look at Chi O, all the way from the 80's they were top till the early 00's. Believe whatever you say but all of the sororities in the list above are subject to change in my opinion. I can see how a couple of the underdog sororities could change the game.

Dz gets a little worse every year and Axid gets a little better every year, soon they will be about the same. Same thing goes for chio and dg. Chi o keeps getting worse and dg keeps improving.

Zeta and DZ are better then ADPI. And if you look at the last pledge classes that proves that. And also if you look at dgs last pledge class vs chios there is no competition. Chi o had a hot pc and I don't think dg even compared. If anything gamma phi is going to replace DG

Looks don't account for all of it. I'd say looks are about 75% of it and grades, personality, and popularity with frats make up the other 25%. And keep in mind dz's freshmen and sophomore girls aren't nearly as good looking as their upperclassmen girls (no offense). I' think after PC 16 it's this

Can you prove that? And it also doesn't negate away from the fact that they still have way prettier/higher quality girls than any other sorority here :) :) :) :)
