y'all need to chill
by: LordWho cares if these fraternities were kicked off campus? Oh wait not me, and neither should y'all. You're still gonna hang out with your friends from each of those fraternities. It's literally just a label. Y'all are acting like this is the end of the world. Maybe y'all can take this and learn from this in the future. If you're gonna have a party, you need to plan for every single possible outcome. You need to hire security, and maybe just maybe your exec should be SOBER. And if you're gonna have a party it should probably be in a well lit area. You can't prevent under age drinking, but there are a ton of other precautions you can take. Blame adpi all you want, but I know not every single one of you make sure your friends make it home, in fact half of y'all drive each other home drunk all the time. So instead of this blame game, get over it and take it as a learning experience.

WHY are people blaming someone's death on ANYONE? Do you not realize how sick that is. You can't blame something as terrible as that on a specific person or organization??? And it honestly isn't anyone's fault? Not adpi's, not ka's, not delt's, not pike's, not ato's. Why are we still even talking about it?? Just stop.

I don't think the blame should be on adpi either, but I also don't think the blame should be on the fraternities. They put more time into planning for that party than you think. They did everything in their power to keep everyone safe. They even had cops on site during the party. Freak accidents happen sometimes, it's a part of life. But don't go around saying the frats didn't plan accordingly because they definitely did.

Actually no YOU need to chill. There's nothing wrong with people being upset that their fraternity is being kicked off campus. I completely agree that adpi shouldn't have to take blame for anything. Whoever said adpi was at fault to begin with is a complete moron. But I still don't think the guys in these fraternities, or all of Greek life for that matter, are ridiculous for being upset over this. Just because people are upset about this doesn't mean they don't feel remorse towards the girl or her family. It's just a hard situation overall.

look i completely feel for the girls family and for her i went and showed my support and everything but why is it okay to blame the frats but then nobody is allowed to say anything about the sisterhood? and what about the guy who died the DAY after at a frat party does no one care about him?

If you care about your organization and put so much into it, maybe it would be a good idea to take this as a lesson and grow from it. This will allow you to put MORE into your organization, in fact you can cry about it or leave it better than you found it. Will it take time? Yes, but let's not pretend that an organization equates to a loss of life people. A girl lost her life at a party that four fraternities hosted, it's unfortunate that fraternities have to take the fall but life is unfair and you move on and learn from it. Her life means something to a lot of people, it shouldn't be overshadowed by the cries of people who lost their charter.
