texas state 2017 fraternity ratings

•Top Teir:
-ATO
-Kappa Sig
-Phi Psi
-Reasoning: going into the spring 2017 delt has had their charter pulled which will lead to a power struggle to be top. Most people will likely agree Phi Psi proved they are worthy to be top Teir in fall 2016, with felt gone they can have that spot! Kappa Sig and ATO have always been top teir material and they will remain. These three do not need much explanation why they are top teir, but if your pledging any of these be ready for a time commitment and a good ole fashion pledgeship.
•Middle Teir:
-KA/SAE/Pike
-Reasoning: KA has a great house in a perfect location for badass parties, but it's kind of old. they also took a very small pledge class, and there are always rumors of them getting kicked off or suspended. SAE is the Greek football champs in men's and co-ed 6 years in a row. They have a smaller house but they make good use of it for their great parties. Pike has a good reputation around campus and still know how to rage! These three middle teir all have average guys not many weird guys in them, they all have potential and I believe they will grow in the coming years.
•Lower Teir:
-Sigma Chi/Sigma Nu/Alpha Sig
-Pi Kappa/ Theta Chi
-Sig Tau/Delta Sig/Fiji
- Reasoning: Sigma Chi is really good at other schools, and they aren't to bad here but they don't have to much potential they will most likely stay in the lower teir for its entirety. Fjij is very good nationally known for its money but since its new it's still not good.
