Ok but I heard kappa sig isn't even in NIC anymore.....
Someone explain

I don't even know what that means..... But kappa sig is still and has always been an ifc fraternity

Kapppa Sig is IFC. Actually one of the few chapters not in danger of getting kicked off IFC at the moment. MEN, TKE, and Phi Tau are not Ifc all for different reasons
