opinions on chi o? my moms a legacy and she really wants me to be one but are they any good here?

Chi Omega is so good nationally but I don't know why they struggle here at TXST. I was shocked when I got here.

They used to be top here to until sometime around the mid to late 2000s from what I heard. Wonder what happened? If I had to guess it was them getting to focused on the whole grades thing

My mom was a Chi O and they've always waited until January for initiation.

I think because Chi O doesn't initiate their PNM's until January it makes it tough on their pledges. They have a reputation for never being seen out but it's probably because all their new pledges aren't initiated sisters yet so you don't see them out partying. I don't mean dancing on the tables partying but just the fact they are walking a fine line until they get initiated I think they keep a low profile.

Chi O are nice girls they just are average looking and not a lot of fun but it's a safe midtier sorority
