Switch KA and ATO and switch Pikapp and replace them with Pike and this is the ONLY accurate rank on here right now

Ka is waay too high by a few. Pike should be under pi kapp. if theres a gap there, kappa sig should be grouped with the others and not ato delt, but id argue there should be no gap there.
