And there's definitely no huge gaps between the top three sororities.

the spaces between the 3 top houses are very small and usually depends on who you ask.
ZTA/ADPi/DZ (overall consensus is that these are all pretty equal, just different personalities)

AXiD/Chi O (people have been talking about how well chi o did, hearing less about axid)

Adpi is not that much lower than dz and zta. Zta is not that much better than adpi, if any better at all.
