how is sae not top house

Y'all keep saying SAE is bottom. They've played intramurals with ZTA and ADPI back to back. Best brotherhood, best looking guys, OKAY houses, best intramurals, most involved with the school. How are they NOT top house? Don't be delusional.

Because no girls from top houses go to sae parties...maybe like 3 zetas go but that's 3 out of 100 gdi/dg/gphi
They play intermurals with adpi and zeta because they are good at sports. They recruit guys that are athletic so they can continue playing with good sororities because don't we all like to win?

because sae wins chapmionships and top houses want to win chapmionships...

also, some twit at sae decided that they "want to win a championship with every sorority" so they will start pairing with chapters more on their level soon enough..
