Some houses will also get "quota additions" (girls who did not suicide who went to a pref but were not ranked high enough to fit in the quota numbers, or a girl who only had one pref but attended but was on not ranked on the house's initial ranking to fall within the quota). That is why some houses will have a number higher than quota.

This is 100% not true. Quota is based on the number of PNMs attending at least one preference event divided by the number of sororities. Everyone gets approximately the same number, with a few different due to quota additions and the way the RFM system works. Get the hell off this site if you can't give a correct answer.
