by: PnmDuring recruitment do the houses cut first or does the Pnm cut first? (At the end of each round)

This question doesn't even make sense... it will all make sense after the first day of recruitment.
The PNM gets to cut a house every day, but if a different sorority cuts the pnm then that pnm will need to return to the house they cut.
Make sense?
basically, you get a sheet everyday with the sororities you are invited back to.

Idk why everyone acts like so few girls get into adpi dz zta, and they are such an elite group. Statistically speaking roughly around 42 % of the girls who go through recruitment will end up in one of those 3 sororities. Do the math. Every sorority will take near the same amount of girls in their PC (not including drops) and there are only 7 sororities.

That would be less than 42% of the PNMs remaining in recruitment at preference. It doesn't include all the PNMs who were dropped or quit because they didn't get asked back to the sororities they thought they deserved. Trust me, there are tons of those girls! We call them GDIs.

PNMs do not cut sororities. PNMs rank them. You can rank a sorority top and want them more than life itself, but if you aren't high enough on their list you will be dropped.
Remember: PNMs do not cut. Sororities are the only ones who cut. The sororities are the ones in charge of the process.

That's not exactly how it works.... Less than 42% will be in a top three in reality
