Okay PNM's this ones for you. Do not rush a fraternity or sorority based on what you've heard or researched. You might get a bid from a top frat/sorority but the truth is that you might not be happy. Some people believe or not just take a bid from there top choice just because they want the title of being top tier. It's true trust me. I've met some of the most awesome people I've ever come in contact with who are in "low tier" houses. I'm not bashing Delt or DZ or anything. I'm just saying would you rather have lifelong friends who you can grab a drink with any time after college or would you rather be sitting there 4 years down the road at a bar with no relationship with any of the people from your chapter anymore? This is real. Think realistic. Be smart and have fun!
