These kind of things are really hard to tell unless you are in the brotherhood itself. I don't care if you are a girl who hangs out with every fraternity all the time and are a groupie to everyone you don't know enough about them to rank brotherhood. You don't know what goes on between them. Also sigma chi isn't that high

How are you going to say you can only tell how good a fraternity's brotherhood is, is if ur in the frat, then say a fraternity isn't that high? Haha ironic.
