Is it true zeta makes a power point with all the pnms pictures and votes green, red or abstain? That seems pretty much based off looks considering so many of the girls might not even get the chance to talk to that pnm

Every sorority is different. It's typically not based off just looks, it's usually an entire resume that includes grades/extra curricular/leadership just give an idea to the chapter

All sororities are looking at all the PNM now. They look at the pic to sent in to Panhellenic and also on your social media sites. Yes we make cites before recruitment even starts.
