fiji colonizing

Hi i read Phi gamma delt or Fiji is coming this fall. There once was a chapter here so it looks like a recolonization. Does anyone know When the old chapter closed and for what reason?

I think they got caught hazing, raping, and underage drinking. and insurance fraud.
