No we just call them what they are, date parties. All the sororities have on average 2 date parties and a formal or casual a semester.

idk what sorority you're in but we call them mixers. they're separate from date parties

Honestly it's tru. I don't have that much fun at mixers thanks to girls standards chairs and yalls nationals they're never going to be that much fun. Why waste the $ when you could just have a party

The fraternity/sorority relationships suck at this school. I'm willing to bet delt will be paired with dz for homecoming, kappa sig with a dpi, ka or pike with zta, middle tier frats with middle tier sororities, and ato with no one. That's how it always is. Frats rarely try to mix it up at this school. It's kind of sad.

This is so spot on lol. Especially the part about ATO asking no one lol they literally never do.
