I want to bring my fake but I was wondering how strict San Marcos is with IDS I don't want to get it taken up or get in trouble

Bring it. They don't care at all at the square. It's actually kind of promoted for underage students to go out at the square as much as possible! You'll get in trouble if you go to 6th though.
