please explain this 365 day bid process?

So I heard I'll be charged as pledge for the entire year if I accept a bid in September. Is that right? Should I plan on pledging in the spring then?

Yup you'll be a pledge for 52 weeks

No it just means you c an get a bid at any point during the year but in practice you won't notice how this is any different from non 365
