Along with the 4000 people on this site, I am going to Texas state next spring and was wondering when and how do I need to start communicating with fraternities. And do I need to be picky? Because I'm interested in Ato and Kappa Sigma

Mate, this is Texas State. You don't need connections. As for being picky, fine, just make sure you're not weird and can afford to be picky.
