Are the Phi Psi's really that good? I ask bc I met a couple of guys during my orientation while we were eating w my family & they seemed pretty down to earth and funny! But my sister goes to Tech and they aren't that strong? And the KAs house looked 10 kinds of jacked up! How can that be top tier?!?

Each school is different. What is good here may not be good elsewhere. You probably should rush if you're going to put down so many fraternities before actually meeting them.
